After reading Miguel Guhlin's great post about GTA for Admins and all the rigmarole surrounding that this past week, I think this whole GTA for admins should not be voluntary. We need to bring the white coats in and drag them there. How else are we going to get the complacent admins who could actually benefit from such an experience to go to this thing, anyhow?

In a touch of seriousness, why not have a nomination process? Nominate your admin to go? Or make a video *about* your admin. Why they need to go. All the wonderful things they do that makes them such a good candidate? How this experience will benefit the district?

Or you could send in the white coats. Whatever works to make the change happen.
